Introduction

The building entrance is reached via one step which leads to the front door then a small step into the foyer.

 

Apartment 1

This apartment is on the lower ground floor and has two entrances one from the outside of the building and a second from the main hallway inside. The outside entrance is reached via 11 steps down to French doors. The second entrance is reached through the main entrance (see intro) along the hallway to the rear of the building then down 13 internal steps.

 

Apartment 2

This apartment is reached along the main hallway (see intro) then up two small steps that lead into the apartment..

 

Apartment 3

This apartment is located at the front of the building on the ground floor (see intro).

 

Apartment 4

This apartment is accessed via the main entrance (see intro) along the hallway and up a flight of 13 internal stairs, along a small landing and then up a further 3 steps.

 

Apartment 5

This apartment is accessed via the main entrance (see intro) along the ground floor hallway and up a flight of 13 internal stairs, turning right on the first floor landing then up a further eight stairs.

 

Apartment 6

This apartment is accessed via the main entrance (see intro) along the ground floor hallway and up a flight of 13 internal stairs, turning right on the first floor landing then up eight stairs turning right again and then up a flight of 17 internal stairs.
